Fabrication & Laser Cutting
Our fabrication department supports engineered assemblies and production components with high-accuracy cutting and forming.
- 2D lasers: up to 6,000 kW, up to 5′ x 10′ bed
- 5-axis 3D laser: envelope up to 6′ x 3′ x 2′
- Press brakes: up to 135 ton, up to 12′ bed
Welding
We provide manual and automated welding options to match part complexity, material type, and production volume.
- Manual MIG and TIG welding
- Resistance welding
- Robotic / cobot MIG welding
Tubing
Our tubing capabilities support formed and welded tube components for a range of applications.
- CNC sizing, flaring, and notching
- TIG seam welding

Outside Processing
When programs require additional finishing or secondary processes, we coordinate trusted outside services, including:

Stamping & Assembly
Sacoma supports low- to medium-volume stamping and assembly requirements with flexible press options.
