Sacoma Specialty Products, LLC is built to support fast-moving programs from prototype support to production-ready assemblies. Our equipment, skilled team, and quality systems are designed for repeatability, tight timelines, and high-mix manufacturing—delivering precision machined and fabricated assemblies with a focus on manufacturability, quality, and cost control.

Fabrication & Laser Cutting

Our fabrication department supports engineered assemblies and production components with high-accuracy cutting and forming.

  • 2D lasers: up to 6,000 kW, up to 5′ x 10′ bed
  • 5-axis 3D laser: envelope up to 6′ x 3′ x 2′
  • Press brakes: up to 135 ton, up to 12′ bed

Welding

We provide manual and automated welding options to match part complexity, material type, and production volume.

  • Manual MIG and TIG welding
  • Resistance welding
  • Robotic / cobot MIG welding

Tubing

Our tubing capabilities support formed and welded tube components for a range of applications.

  • CNC sizing, flaring, and notching
  • TIG seam welding
  • CNC roller forming

Outside Processing

When programs require additional finishing or secondary processes, we coordinate trusted outside services, including:

  • Heat treat
  • Plating
  • E-coat
  • Powder coat
  • Flushing

Stamping & Assembly

Sacoma supports low- to medium-volume stamping and assembly requirements with flexible press options.

  • Coil-fed presses: L-R 45.3″–122″ | F-B 26.8″–55″
  • Hand transfer presses: L-R 74″–108″ | F-B 26.8″–60″
  • Assembly support for fabricated and stamped components

Quality & Measurement

We verify parts and assemblies with measurement tools that support both development and production needs.
